Orders & shipping

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves us.

How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find it, write to us at support@elovialondon.com with your order number.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for the details.

How do I start a return?
Email support@elovialondon.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

How do I find my ring size?
Our ring size guide shows two easy ways to measure at home, with UK and US sizes. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.

How do I look after my jewellery?
Keep it dry, put it on after perfume and lotion, and store pieces separately. Our Jewellery Care Guide has all the tips.
